That video
isn't lost.

The only footage of that day is still in there. Almost always, it can be brought back.

You don't need to understand anything technical. Send me the file and I'll handle it — and you only pay if the video turns up.

20 € per video · I reply right away

Two seconds, free, no sign-up: the video stays on your computer, it is never uploaded anywhere. Or just send it to me.

Watch what happens
--:--:-- / --:--:--
The player stops at zero. Unknown duration, no frames, no sound.
Only the index is missing. I rebuild it. The camera shut down before writing the frame map: I rebuild it piece by piece.
Your video is playing. With audio, in sync, just like the day you shot it.

Dead battery, card pulled in a hurry, drone shut down mid-flight. The footage is still in there.

How it works

  1. You write

A message about what happened. I reply right away — no need to send the video yet.
  2. I send a preview

You see the first recovered seconds. You know it works before paying.
  3. You get your video back

Original quality, audio included. Then I delete everything.

What's needed

From you

  • A copy of the file, never the original.
  • A working video from the same camera. Two seconds is enough.
  • Don't reformat the card and don't record over it.

What I can't recover

  • Physically broken memory cards.
  • Files already overwritten by new footage.
  • 0 KB files: there's nothing to rebuild.

Questions

I'm on holiday with only my phone.

No problem: message me on WhatsApp and send the file whenever you like, even once you're home. What matters is that meanwhile you don't reformat the card or record over it.

Why do you need a second, working video?

Every camera writes its frame index differently. The working video is my blueprint for rebuilding the missing one, which is why it must come from the same model with the same settings.

Does the video lose quality?

No. The original images go back into a working container, without re-encoding. The final fraction of a second the camera never wrote may be missing. Audio comes back and stays in sync.

What happens to my footage?

They stay on a local drive, never go to public clouds, and are never shown to anyone or used as an example without your written consent. I delete them within 7 days of delivery, or immediately on request. If recovery fails, I delete them at once.

I have several damaged videos.

€35 for up to 5 files from the same device. Beyond 5, write to me and I'll quote before starting.
